Having this ability can be limited in a way, Michael can make vampires explode due to extreme cold temps, so they will shatter into a million pieces and that would make him a very powerful vampire. He can also melt a vampire with super heating the water to extremly hot temps and melt the vampire into a pool of vampire venom.

He was working at a water plant where he had the nack to make water clean and was interested in it at an early age of 6. When he was turned into a vampire this was enhanced to able to manipulate it.
